Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome is a rare congenital vascular pathology that is characterized by the observation of a triad of cutaneous capillary malformations, varicosities and hypertrophy of soft tissues and long bones. Among the rare cutaneous malformations are angiokeratomas, the same as They present as a papule from 2 to 10 mm in diameter, generally dark red in color, sometimes blue to black, whose surface is keratotic on palpation, they can pose a therapeutic challenge. We present the case of a 13-year-old male patient with a clinical history of klippel Trénaunay syndrome, who presented with painful nodulations in the groin for a week on physical examination, multiple violaceous keratotic papules on the scrotum, thigh, and left knee. exeresis of the skin of the right inguinal region was performed to perform a biopsy compatible with angiokeratoma, for which CO2 laser therapy was scheduled with improvement of the condition after a week of control. Angiokeratomas are rare entities in Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome, traditional treatment options include surgical excision, electrodessication, cauterization, and cryotherapy. However, carbon dioxide (CO2) laser therapy has shown efficacy against this type of injury.
